Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
Traditional sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $85. At times, sessions will require extended length, charged at the same rate, and will be prorated appropriately.

DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
I am not a contracted provider with insurance plans and am therefore an out-of-network provider. This means clients pay the full fee for services at the time the services are provided. You may pay with credit/debit cards or through Zelle.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE?
I schedule all clients personally. Before scheduling, I require a 15-minute free consultation to determine if I provide the services that would best meet your needs. If the consultation determines that my services would be of benefit to you and you would like to schedule an appointment, I will send all the information to you through your designated email that is needed to schedule your first session. Once you have a scheduled appointment, I require that all cancellations and requests to reschedule are made with at least 24 hours notice prior to your appointment time. If you are unable to make your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

HOW LONG DOES THERAPY LAST?
It is hard to know how long therapy will last for each individual client. It will take several sessions to assess the treatment plan for counseling and I won’t know how many sessions we will meet before you effectively meet your treatment goals. Depending on the need for services, different approaches may be utilized to meet treatment goals. Some approachesare designed to meet goals in a shorter length of time, while other goals may require addressing the root rather than the symptoms, and may require a longer duration of therapy.

DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON THERAPY?
I do not currently offer in-person therapy. Online therapy is a service I offer to Texas residents who are seeking services that I provide via tele-health. If you are interested in online therapy, please use the contact page, and I will contact you for a brief consultation to determine if I am able to provide online care for the concerns you are wanting to address.
